The Ford Mustang Tri-Bar Emblem Red Neon Clock features a galloping horse with a red, white and blue tri-bar design which reflects the Mustang’s American heritage quite effectively. The clock face background is black with a red neon glass tube. 'Mustang' is scrawled in a matte metal finished lettering under the emblem. The clock features the hour numbers of 3, 6 and 9 with a dot mark at the positions where the remaining numbers should be. These dots, the numbers and the Mustang pony are also finished in a matte metal finish. Great for a man cave, garage, workshop, office or den.

This badge was designed by modeler Wayno Kangas, and was first seen affixed to the fender of 1965-66 Mustangs. After disappearing from the exterior of the car during the 1979-93 Mustang Foxbody years, the tri-bar pony badge returned to the fender of certain models of the 1994 SN-95 Mustang. The 1994 Ford Mustang underwent its first major redesign in fifteen years. The design, code named "SN-95" by Ford, was based on an updated version of the Fox platform, the final Ford vehicle underpinned with this platform

The original Ford Mustang debuted on April 17, 1964, at the attractive price of $2,368. On the first day alone, dealers took 22,000 Mustang orders. Shortly after its introduction, the fledgling vehicle’s success was official when it was featured on the racetrack as the pace car for the 1964 Indianapolis 500. Mustangs began making big screen appearances in 1964 and have been featured in hundreds of notable films ever since. In 1964, the Bond film Goldfinger was the first movie to show off Ford's new sporty car, a white 1964 convertible.
